Ok, so Chika is as a matter of fact a futa D¦ I dunno what dA says about futas. I admit I looked it up in the search engine and well, it didn't solve any doubts I had. In the end, I decided to upload it to my blog-site thinger instead of dA, just in case.Disregard that. Bigger version of naked Chika:

For the sake of my characteristic tl;dr descriptions, I'll type up some concept history for Chika, that is her roots. Chika Katanade, though I have never really mentioned her (or I've used other, obscure, Beta names to refer to her), has always been there. In fact she is as old as Hikari Tsurugi. The concept of Chika began with a young man (I think his name was Seto...Kendo or some crap) who was part of Hikari's group. He had no left arm and had a sword with a chain...yea, he had lost the arm while practicing with that crap. Now that I look back to that, it reminds me of Bleach...Jesus =~=;;;
Anyway, for many years, the idea stood there. That was who Blade-Knight was. Some kid with no arm cuz he was an idiot. He had no relevance.
Then one day I decided that for a character that stands out so much in both the games and the show, he had a very small role. I don't really want to spoil, so I'll just say that to make him more appealing I made him a girl.
When it came to naming her, I admit I was a bit...I dunno, with a perverted mind perhaps? I decided to name her Chika Katanade, and the last name has a rather funny meaning. Her weapon ended up having a related name.
That happened either late last year or early this one. So I still needed a design. Two weeks ago, I started thinking about it...and inspired by a certain scene in Lotte no Omoca, combined with her name...I decided to make Chika a kemonomimi [I can't find the right word, but I guess CATGIRL will do] as well as a futa. I snickered at the idea and at my second attempt at drawing her, I succeded o3o ...though she is QUITE big down there...
Ahem, thats all the story, pretty much. Though I am sleepy...might not be all, but W/E :3
