So...6 days of attempts at designing later...

Nozomi sits through all the classes at school wondering what could be a nice design for Kabi after being a bit disgusted with the current one...

After much thinking, Nozomi finally arrives to a conclusion. A space-themed costume might make sense since our character has the bad tendency of traveling to space without much protection.

So then Nozomi, in Web Design class and under the influence of shows like Gundam, Code Geass, Gurren Lagann and Samus Aran's body suit sketched something out.

It was a very basic design, without many details to remember. And it had enough ecchi elements within itself to satisfy Nozomi.

And that is the story behind this design ouo

I really can't remember who inspired me from Gundam...maybe Meer Campbell, I don't know. From Code Geass, the suit generally worn by the Black Knights. From Gurren Lagann, the body suit worn by the Brigade in the final arc.

Many things were scrapped in one single day, including several random stars around the suit, tightness and...ehm largeness of some things...>3>;

Height was changed which lead to a change with her body's shape in general.

...if I ever decide to change this design somebody please kill me ono
Hopefully this will be the end of 3-4 years of designing a single character >>;

*looks at original design* ...my style back then was so ugly ;A; *reads artist's comments* ..and I was so naive too! >A> ...tho so much creative too...orz

Well, you can clean them digitally o.o Which is something I do a lot XD I fool around with the contrast and brightness, erase this and that, and sometimes I use a special tool to remake some of the lines >.> XD

The inspiration behind this certainly do seem to blend together quite well. Not only am I looking forward to seeing a coloured version of this, but if other characters would have their own individual looks or styles modified from this.
