Description

Well, since ~DarkRavenousHobo has been urging me to draw Raiden, here she is.
I need to redo '14 heavily >_>
I just don't like her, not to mention I simply traced over '09 to get it.
And '09's suit is wrong in here(damned artbooks show the wrong design) but I'm fixing it in the new lines.
